ATMACA G/M; 


ATMACA is qualified missile developed and manufactured by Turkish rocket and missile producer ROKETSAN company. After 10 years since the first development attempt, weapon system composed of guided missile and weapon control system proved eligible to be utilised. Some capabilities of ATMACA Guided Missile and Weapon System are listed below 


* It has 120 nm range 

* It has high precision with active radar seeker 

* It is highly resistant to electronic countermeasure 

* It is capable to create advanced aoutomatic mission plan 

* Weapon system allows user to create up to 16 waypoint 

* Guided Missile is also capable to fly over a land up to 10000 feet altitude by utulizing


3 dimensional waypoint generation capability (Barametric altimeter provides missile current altitude from land) * It has point to point data link. Data Link Connection capability gives user an opportunity to communicate with missile throughout flying phase. By utulizing data link; user can abort mission, 


change and update target, obtain necessary information from missile such as warhead, seeker status, fuel percentage, position info an so on. 


* It is effective against ships and fixed land coordinate 

* Fire control system is able to fire and support 4 missile simultaneously 

* It has reattack capability 

* It has sea skimming flight and hihg maneuvering capability 

* Fire control system provides operator training capability, test/maintenance capability and data recording capability


 In the near future, missile and weapon system are expected to improve with an additional capabilities like capsule containing missile for the submarines, Imaging Infrared Seeker, Hybrid Seeker that contains Radar Seeker and Imaging Infrared Seeker together.
